The Long Awaited Giro di Motelbano summary

Written by Grant Thornton at 20:09 22/1-2015

This has been long overdue but needed to be written nonetheless. The surprise of the Giro this year was Emmanuel Locklin has he used his 9th place finish in the TT to end up 9th overall and win the YC bringing in another jersey to the team. Ironically it is also green like all of the sprinters jerseys. He also finished 9th overall in the GC. Armstrong was quoted saying "It is nice to see some of the other guys getting results that do not normally get them as they are workhorses for the sprinting captain. I am sure he will remember this day for some time to come."
